Cancellation Policy

You must submit any cancellations in writing to ASUG Events via email. For any cancellations received on or before October 5, 2026, we will provide a refund of registration fees paid minus a $200 processing fee. No refunds issued on or after October 6, 2026 (no exceptions).  

Please note: You will need to cancel any hotel and airline reservations separately and directly with the relevant hotel and airline. By registering for this in-person event, you understand and agree that all losses and damages you may consequently incur are your responsibility and not that of ASUG or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors.

Registration FAQs

Is there a one-day pass?

No. You can only purchase passes for the entirety of the conference.

Are attendees able to bring guests?

Only attendees with registered tickets can attend the conference.

Are there Exhibit Hall-only passes?

We do not have any Exhibit Hall-only passes for this event.

What if I have not received my confirmation email?
