Cancellation Policy
You must submit any cancellations in writing to ASUG Events via email.
For any cancellations received on or before September 9th, 2026 we will provide a refund of registration fees paid minus a $200 processing fee. For any cancellations received on or after September 9th, 2026 we will provide a 50% refund of registration fees paid.
Please note: You must cancel any hotel and airline reservations separately and directly with the relevant hotel and airline. By registering for this in-person event, you understand and agree that all losses and damages you may incur are your responsibility, not that of ASUG or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a one-day pass?
No. You can only purchase passes for the entirety of the conference.
Are attendees able to bring guests?
Only attendees with registered tickets can attend the conference.
Are there Partner Solutions Showcase-only passes?
We do not have any showcase-only passes for this event.
What if I have not received my confirmation email?
