Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, cancellations must be submitted to ASUG Events in writing via email. Any cancellations received on or before Monday, August 15, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. CT, shall receive a full refund of registration fees less a $100 processing fee. Any cancellations received on or after Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 12 a.m. CT, shall receive a 50% refund of registration fees. Please note: Any hotel and airline reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the airline and hotel. By registering for this event, you understand and agree that all losses and damages you may consequently suffer are your responsibility and not that of ASUG or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors.
