ASUG and SAP Benchmarking and Best Practices Program

The Benchmarking and Best Practices program is a joint service offered by ASUG and SAP. The program has grown significantly and now offers in-depth Benchmarking and Best Practices initiatives across 26 IT and business topic areas covering key hot topics.

Surveys are developed and analyzed by SAP Value Engineers — always from the standpoint of the impact of IT on performance. Program participants receive a confidential report comparing their quantitative performance on key performance indicators or an aggregate report that can be leveraged to identify an organization’s process maturity level in comparison to other program participants. These initiatives will continue over time so you can identify year-over-year improvements and adopt best practices to keep pace with or even out-perform high-level competitors.

Benchmarking and Best Practices survey participation is included with ASUG Installation Membership and is available to members at no additional cost. More than 3,700 participants have participated in the program since its introduction.

Benchmarking Sessions: When planning your conference itinerary, look for ASUG and SAP Benchmarking and Best Practices sessions that will share key trends and insights revealed through the benchmarking studies.

One-on-One Sessions: Benchmarking and Best Practices survey participants will be eligible to meet with members of the SAP Value Engineering team on site to discuss their individual survey results. Watch for more details as the conference approaches.
